Capturing Love and History: A Romantic Couple Session at Santo Domingo’s Royal House Museum - Guillian & Brandon

It's always an honor when a couple resonates with and appreciates my style of documenting their special moments, and Guillian and Brandon were precisely that kind of couple. They expressed a desire for photos that exuded elegance with an editorial touch, yet they wanted the images to feel natural and organic. Guillian put it beautifully when she said, "I'd love to have those goosebumps type of photos so we can cherish this stage of our lives before our wedding day."

The venue they chose was a historic house, now a museum, located in Santo Domingo's colonial city - El Museo de las Casas Reales. It was an unique location where we could, hand in hand, create magic. Elegance seamlessly transitioned into a romantic dance with the tunes of "Vancouver Sleep Clinic" and transformed into a groovy rhythm with "Love Lost" by Marc Miller.

There's nothing quite like the feeling of being connected with the people you work with and knowing that they trust you wholeheartedly. I will never tire of that sensation, and I am dedicated to sharing my art with people around the world for as long as life allows me to.
